It’s the perfect solution for commercial roofs that are worn or leaking.

Here are just a few benefits of roof coating with GacoFlex:

• Renew your roof instead of replacing it. Commercial roof replacement is costly and time-consuming. If we feel your roof absolutely needs replacing, we can do it—but we won’t replace a roof when other processes will extend its life. GacoFlex is a seamless coating that protects against weather and UV light. It helps prevent leaks and will hold up even if you have permanent ponding water.
• Can be used on almost any type of roof. GacoFlex can be applied over roofs that have already been coated with wood, concrete, sprayed-in-place polyurethane foam, and other coatings. It can also be used on metal roofs, built-up roofing, mineral cap sheets, elastomeric roof coatings, and weathered single ply membranes like EPDM, Hypalon, and TPO/CPA.
